The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Kuhstall am Weinberg

On the southern Wine Route, surrounded by nature, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the French border, is our almost 100-year-old cowshed. With a lot of love for detail, we have created an oasis of tranquility, nature and coziness. From here you start a visit to the French neighbors, the famous Dahner Felsenland and its almost endless hiking trails, the numerous castles and many other activities that our beautiful Rhineland-Palatinate has to offer.

Moderne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit Küche und Essplatz, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Ausziehbett sowie einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garderobe, der ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen bietet. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz ist in dem Wohnbereich integriert. Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

The cozy house (85 m²) is equipped with two bedrooms and suitable for 2-4 people. The kitchen has the basic equipment for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, ceramic stovetop with oven, toaster, kettle and egg cooker and a Senseo coffee maker.
