This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

Countryside chalet of 75 m2 with private garden in the superb private estate of the Forestières du Lac in Misy sur Yonne 1 hour from Paris. Authentic place in communion with nature. The land gives access to the lake by the equipped pontoon, fence and gate secure everything. Multiple activities available free of charge within the site: canoeing, fishing, boating, equipped beach, tennis, table tennis, playground, petanque, hiking trails and bicycles... a return to the roots!!!

The studio

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work.
