Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.

I provide you with a new accommodation of 50m² adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can enjoy the heated family swimming pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.
