La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)

INDEPENDENT COSY GUEST STUDIO, with own entrance, fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher+bathroom. We speak English, French, Danish, Spanish & Catalan. Sitges a place to enjoy life, visit the picturesque centre, a promenade lined with seafood restaurants, swaying palms and plenty of beaches. Hiking, mountain bike or horseback riding in the amazing natural park Garraf. Train station/ town centre/ beach just 15-30 minute walk or 5-10 min bus ride & finally only 40 minutes by train to Barcelona.

Rural 25 min to the beach and BCN center

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the ​city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Guesthouse large estate Barcelona Seaview&Wellness

Our resort-like place with Wellness is only 40 mins north of Barcelona and we offer an independent guesthouse next to our large villa on a 25.000m2 terrain. Located at about 250 meter altitude it offers a spectacular panoramic seaview. Just a few mins away from 3 Golf courses, 7 mins from the beach and direct access to nature parks for hiking mountain biking. We are a Dutch couple that live with our 3 dogs and 2 cats, who freely roam around. We speak Dutch, English, Spanish, French & German.

Florette's House

It is a small wooden house attached to the host's house, cozy, with a double bed, bathroom/shower (small) mini kitchen, garden (shared) with ocean views and close to the mountain, very quiet, also bed & littel breakfast at the host's house. Bus from Barcelona to the village of Vilassar de Dalt, getting off at the last stop, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Take walks in the mountains with beautiful views. Restaurants in the area: typical Catalan cuisine "Cal Senyor" la Caseta" etc.

The Coop

"The Coop" is a cosy, self-contained studio with stunning views of Montserrat, surrounded by nature. This is a haven for walkers, climbers and nature lovers as well as artists, writers and other creators seeking peace and tranquility. Only an hour from Barcelona, "The Coop" is on our property, where we live with our 2 dogs, 2 cats and laying hens. We share the mountain with insects, wild boar, deer and a wide variety of plants. The property is fenced all around.
