There are 2 bikes available and a bus stops almost outside. Within walking distance there is food, drugstore, pharmacy, snack bar and an organic shop.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.

Quaint bakery on an enclosed, secluded property on the Elbe dyke in the biosphere reserve. The cottage is very traffic-calmed in a cul-de-sac location and can be reached via an 80 m long private path. In 70 m as the crow flies, there is a currently occupied stork nest. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.
