This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the Garonne side canal will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with a large shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool which is shared with our house and heated from June until the end of September.
