The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Our house is the right with the red door. For a number of people up to 2 people, you rent the ground floor and the first floor, the attic remains unrented, so you will have the house to yourself in any case. The attic is added to the attic from a number of 3 people.
