Convenient and cozy 900 sqft 3 bedroom cottage steps from Corn Hill Beach, a beloved beach in Truro with the most stunning bayside sunsets. Equipped with A/C (split unit), fans, smart TV, wi-fi, washer/dryer combo unit, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and 2 parking spots. Linens & towels are included. **NO PETS ALLOWED** This is our family cottage and our son is allergic to dogs. We do not recommend this cottage for any guests with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

Relax in this quiet beach house, only half a mile away from Seagull Beach! Ten minutes or less from Island ferries restaurants, water park, mini-golf and more! Rattlin house has a fully fenced in backyard, outdoor shower, fire pit and patio sofa. Three bedrooms, an office/spare room off the primary and an additional sofa bed, and two full baths.
