We had a lovely stay here. We were made up of 3 families and there was plenty of space for us all! Sally and Anna were really responsive to messages, helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy, plenty of parking and walkable to amenities. Great place for exploring Bude.

The house was clean and bright with clear instructions on using the facilities. Its within walking distance of the village and the beaches are an easy drive away. Zoe was available, friendly and responsive to my messages. The local shop around the corner from the house is also a plus!

Lovely few days with friends. Cosy with the Aga and wood burners and great walk down to Crackington Haven.

Lovely quiet caravan on a quiet private park. Our kids loved the little play park that we did not know was there. Beach and town is a short drive away. Great to have little things like a fresh carton of milk, soap and washing up liquid.

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas, Richard’s house was clean, cosy and welcoming. There was plenty of room for our family of nine and the kitchen and dining areas were spacious enough to cook and eat our Christmas feast. Great location with lovely beaches to visit. Thank you.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

Absolutely love staying at Jackie’s beautiful flat. The sunshine floods the living area and the outdoor space in the morning. I even spotted a heron flying past the trees, no doubt heading for the nearby river. Very close to tunnel beaches and town yet still very peaceful as slightly tucked away. Can’t wait to come back!

Really nice apartment to stay in if you’re visiting Minehead or surrounding areas. Clean tidy apartment with amazing views of the sea. Felt at home, very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It’s located in the perfect spot right next to the beach and it’s so peaceful! Great service provided by the host, quick to reply to any messages you send. Would definitely visit again. My kids are already asking when can we go back. Big thank you to the host Denise!!

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment with amazing views of the bay from the large patio windows and balcony. Adie is a lovely host, thinking of everything to make it such comfortable accommodation. We have just returned from our third visit and hopefully it won’t be our last.

myself and my partner and our dog chez had a 3 night stay. looking for peace and quiet and that was exactly what we got. The property was immaculate. Shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Many thanks to lisa for having us stay in your lovely home.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay, spotlessly clean ,uncluttered and with everything we needed. Perfect for myself, my daughter and her baby, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. The apartment was light and spacious with wonderful views over the beach and estuary, lovely to wake up to . Lyndsay was so helpful and communicated everything we needed to know so no added stress added to travelling with a 9 month old ! Thank you.

Great flat with easy access to everything in the centre of Woolacombe. Short walk to the beach (even with a surfboard!). Free parking. Easy to find and get access to the property. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there aren't many steps and easy enough to get up there without any hassles. The flat is light and airy with good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Nice touch with tea, coffee, milk, cereals and biscuits on arrival. Great communication and fantastic host will definitely be visiting again!

Had a fantastic time at the Neet. It really was a perfect place to stay especially if you are visiting Bude. We brought our 2 dogs and the garden was a great place for them to stretch their legs, fully enclosed and huge. On arrival, Lisa met us and explained everything, we also had fresh eggs and scones. The place was spotless, cosy and had everything you need from an Airbnb. Highly recommended !

We had the best stay at Becky’s apartment for my husbands birthday. Everything was as described and Becky went above and beyond with the birthday request I had! She was very responsive. Everything was super comfy and clean and we had a great night sleep! We had everything we needed provided and the decor is lovely! Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back!
