Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Beautiful industrial style apartment in the heart of Boulevard Caseros

NEW building! Steps away from Lezama Park, Puerto Madero and the city's historic center. It has an X-Queen size bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a sofa with the possibility of accommodating a child. We have a baby crib if needed. The apartment is fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has a grill area on the terrace, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a laundry room. Privileged location neighborhood, with very close access to transportation. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic center of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique shops, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service from several bus lines, a 10-minute walk from the Constitución train and subway station, 4 blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk to any of these points.

Lounge by the Rooftop Pool at this Modern Studio

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars. A short walk to Downtown, La Boca, or Museo Histórico Nacional, this studio is central enough for any stay in Buenos Aires. Near Metro Bus & other bus stops. Aprox. 2 km from subway.

Industrial loft with private terrace and amenities

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the Molina Ciudad building, a former factory. The apartment is very bright, has a modern style, has two floors, on the ground floor the kitchen, living room and a full bathroom and on the first floor, bedroom, full bathroom and private terrace with grill. all this overlooking the building's pool. * The decoration does NOT match the photos, it had to be changed, and the armchair was changed for one that becomes a bed, for greater comfort.

This incredible loft is located in the most elegant area of the historic center of San Telmo, adjacent to Parque Lezama, the National Historical Museum, and Av. Caseros Boulevard, considered the new gastronomic center of the City. An oasis in the middle of the city with many tourist attractions, close to the best universities, transportation The Editorial is a building that was originally a factory and was recently converted into a modern residential building with a European feel.
