We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. Barth is ideal as a starting point for excursions to the beautiful Darß, to Stralsund, to the island of Rügen, to Rostock, etc. After an eventful day, rest in and at the cottage wait and a cozy evening by the barbecue or fireplace.
