Newly built cottage in Mellbystrand. The cottage is 200 meters from the sea and Sweden's longest beach. The cottage is modern, built in 2021. The cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The cabin is connected to another residence but is completely private, with its own entrance and patio. A wooden deck where there are 2 deckchairs, grill and dining table. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Ligger endast en kort promenad till butiker, tennis, strand, hav och hamn. Buss till Båstad station endast ett par minuters gångväg bort. Gratis parkering.

Wonderful sunsets quietly and nice but still close to Båstad. Apartment is on two levels. Hall with closet. Bathroom with shower & washing machine. Large kitchen with open plan. Open plan upstairs. Double bed (180) Bunk bed (80/120) Large sofa TV with chromecast. And a walk in closet. Patio with access to barbecue.

Light and cozy apartment in nice area

Light one room apartment located in Lunden 10 min from the central by bus/tram. The apartment is located in the nice area Lunden with shops and cafés. The bus stop "Nobelplatsen" or "Redbergsplatsen" will quickly take you anywhere. No wifi or teve but have everything else! I will rent out my apartment when going on vacation. The bed is 140 cm. The apartment is listed on my old adress to keep my reviews. New adress in Lunden is more central.
