Vincent was a very friendly and helpful host. He answered immediately and provided me with guidance if questions occurred. The apartment is clean and includes everything you need. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Paris. The 17th arrondissement is not overly crowded with tourists since it is a quarter where mainly locals live. It is an excellent opportunity to get to know the real Paris.

This reflects our second month-long stay at Jean's tastefully presented apartment in the 17th. There's not a thing that I would change in this "home away from home" Paris experience. My accolades: Location (4 nearby Metro Stops, the convenient Levis pedestrian market for your shopping needs, two wonderful nearby parks, and many restaurants); spacious floor plan (open living/dining room area with many windows, great shower with hot water; well-designed kitchen with everything you need; queen bed and good storage for clothing); friendly building guardian and cleaning service every two weeks with change of linens; building lift alongside a carpeted spiral staircase; friendly neighbors; quiet and well maintained building surroundings; strong wifi connection plus printer and useful desk; and a very responsive and supportive host (Jean). The apartment provides a comfortable respite from the stimulation of Paris that is just minutes away. To recap: the apartment is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay in Paris! The apartment was exactly as described clean, cozy, and in a great location. It was easy to get around the city, with plenty of cafes, bakeries, and metro stations nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!
