In the heart of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 minutes from Lille and 5 minutes from the train station to Lille or Lens, a nice little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps up, a magnificent cathedral living room with TV and WiFi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, a single mattress can be provided in the mezzanine. We're waiting for you 😉

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

On the ground floor, at the back of our house, the "shawl" : a bed 2 people, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the back of the garden, the "hut once upon a time": a bed 2 pers. You sleep in the "shawl" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and must cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 sees or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secured yard, car gate.

Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac; you will spend a relaxing stay in our charming house. This house has a free parking space, a large living-dining room complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with large beds. And a 3rd bedroom, with a single bed. For sunny days, relax in our small shaded courtyard. Be careful with children, the stairs to access the rooms are steep.
