The Studio was built as a workspace for a local artist and provides an amazing view of Mt. Hood. Since converted to an escape from the normal urban confines of Portland. Easy access to downtown and walking distance to OHSU and the Veterans Hospital, it provides escape and accessibility. Did we mention the sunrise view!

This unique apartment above a garage/shop , detached from the main house. Tucked away into a urban forest. I call it Our Robin's Nest because you look out on to branches of large fir trees. It is very private , yet Starbucks is right next door. Private entry and off street parking. This space has everything you need full kitchen, washer&dryer, queen size bed and fold out couch , plus a Play and Pack for the Littles. Walkable neighborhood , parks market and restaurants within walking distance.

This charming guesthouse is tucked away in a park-like setting near the entrance to the Willamette Valley Wine Country. This very spacious studio offers a warm and cozy space with king size bed and a comfy day bed with a pull out trundle.
