Relax in this beautiful, quiet, refurbished 60 m2 duplex, located on the 2nd floor of a small building, accessed by an external staircase from the parking lot. Small balcony, crossing, south facing, not overlooked, very green neighborhood. Ground floor, air-conditioned and sunny. Large living room with living room , dining area.
