We had an excellent stay with Estelle and Jerome, one of our favourite Air bnb stays. Their property is stunning, private, quiet, exceptionally clean and a great pool and lovely garden and we were told to treat it as our own. It was lovely chatting to Estelle and Jerome who were very friendly and accommodating, recommending lots of things for us to do and kindly lending us a cool box and parasol for the beach one day. You can pay €8 per person for breakfast which was great, and €3 a day to use a fridge. Having read a previous review we thought it might be possible to not hire a car, however I think we would have struggled without one as there's lots of places that are great to visit that are fairly remote, and i'm not sure how close their property is to public transport - you'd have to be pretty organised! Thank you, a super holiday!

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Château la France. The host was very welcoming, warm and the place is magical. Comfortable room, tastefully decorated, very clean. The limitless access to the wellness space delighted us. Breakfast was of high quality. The address is saved for a future stay in the near future.

Very warm and welcoming hosts! They are very attentive, helpful and nice. It is an amazing place to stay at for your Bordeaux area vacation. The Chateau is amazing, and there are endless vinyards in this picturistic area.

An incredibly lovely host. Friendly, welcoming, very communicative. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and is served in a well decorated living room (or a sunny terrace if you’re lucky with the weather). The house was warm and whimsical. When we arrived she gave us a map and marked some very helpful suggestions.

If there was a ten star rating that is what I would give. A very generous couple who have built a first class place for visitors to their part of the world. Very highly recommended !!!!!

Very nice and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, communication with Isabelle was easy. We had breakfast with the family on site, which was delicious.

A very spacious apartment, with distinctive French ambience. It is within easy walking reach of central Bordeaux, trams, buses, restaurants and shops . Being next to a beautiful park was a bonus . Some breakfast items had been thoughtfully provided in the fridge. As we were with friends for our week’s stay it was perfect for both couples to have our own en-suite bathrooms . Virginie, despite recovering from a very recent operation , still responded promptly to our messages. We wish her a speedy recovery and send thanks for helping to make our stay in Bordeaux so enjoyable .

This B&B is definitely recommended as a stopover during a car vacation or base for visiting Bordeaux. (very easy to reach via the nearest metro and not expensive) There are plenty of other activities (visit to wine domain, wine tasting, golf, excursion by boat...) The hosts are super friendly, always approachable, very clean house where you are very warmly welcome. A breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden with swimming pool was always a nice start to the day. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you and who knows, see you next time. Frédéric is a very welcoming host, and we had a lovely stay in the room. It is spacious, modern and very clean. Very good bedding. Quiet space. The Bose sound is a nice little extra for listening to music. We also enjoyed being able to enjoy the pool. We'll be happy to go back!
