The apartment is quiet to unashamed to but short distance to everything . 20 sqm terrace with stunning views of the Oslo fjord, the apartment of 90 sqm is located on 2 floors in single-family home , the apartment is completely renovated in 2021. Short way to t track,bus,shops, beach etc. 10 min to Oslo city centre by car.. Owner of the house lives on 1 floor and there is a common entrance but its own hallway. Owner of the house has access to its own loft in the floor above the apartment. This means that the owner uses common stairwell. There is an Apple TV in the living room to sleep.

Hosle by the field - Spacious and modern apartment

The apartment is approximately 55 m2 and is furnished, has a new bathroom and kitchen, plenty of storage space and is bright inside. There are windows on 2 sides; kitchen has a window with morning sun and bedroom/living room has a window where the sun is until about 8-9 pm in the summer. There is a double-leaf entrance door with full-width glass. Free area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is 8 minutes walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.

Cozy basement apartment with nice view (without TV)

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

New and really cozy apartment, close to subway to Oslo

The apartment is brand new, is tastefully decorated, it has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a delicate bathroom with rainshower and a private entrance. It is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood with a lot of green areas, and only 5 min walk to the subway to Oslo. The track takes you to the city center in 18 min. You'll love my place because of the quiet neighborhood but the nice location in relation to communication. Short way to the hub of Bekkestua. The place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.

Stunning Views - Close to Nature

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Central and quiet location by Stabekk/Jar/Lysaker. The apartment is about 35 m2, on the ground floor with own entrance. Lots of light from large windows, and exit to terrace. Kitchen inside the dishwasher, air-frier, indoor plates, microwave, Nespresso machine, french press, and most things you need of kitchen equipment. Heating cables in the floor. Wireless WIFI and TV, incl. Netflix and HBO. Laundry as agreed. About 7 min walk to bus, and 13 min walk to grocery store, train (Lysaker st., Stabekk st.)

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this tranquil place by the sea. Surrounded by tall pine trees in the base floor of our architecht drawn house. Everything you need inside, and nature just outside the door. A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Cozy home at Jar.

Our home is a modernized part of a 100 year old house, which is included in Norways preservation-listings. With its high ceilings and features of old elements, mixed with the new, it has a soulful and unique atmosphere. We are on the first floor and basement. It’s a 5 min walk from the subway, which will take you to downtown Oslo in 15-20 minutes. (15 minutes to Majorstua, where Vigelandsparken is) We have an annex with officespace and loungearea (with tv), and a trampoline.
