Nice place to stay, in a quiet area of Buenos Aires, great variety of restaurants in the vicinity and the neighborhood offers a large number of activities both during the day or at night, the depto 10/10 spotless, care and neat, easy access.

3rd time staying in one of Ralf’s apartments - and it was brilliant as always. Great team who assist with booking/check in etc, and the view from the 25th is simply stunning! I’m sure I’ll be back again!

great place, clean and comfortable. in the heart of extremely walkable and interesting area with theaters the waterfront, shops, food and museums! Sebastian had a crew of help who were able to get us some missing items right away. would definitely consider staying there again!

The communication was excellent, they were always very attentive, and they responded to our concerns very quickly, the area is quiet, the beds were very comfortable, in general everything was very good. I recommend it!!

The apartment has a great floorplan/distribution, with two balconies, and a full bathroom and a small bathroom with just a toilet. Because the balconies are on opposing sides, you get light all day. Ignacio is pretty flexible with arrivals and departures.

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

The apartment is simple and complete, it has just enough for your stay. Silvana is super attentive and relaxed. And the location of the apartment is unbeatable.

The apartment is terrific, very well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The building is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Carol, the host, was very communicative. She was responsive. Moreover, she has the rare talent to accomplish in five telephone calls what others can do in two. Highly recommended.

Beautiful experience!! The whole stay was very pleasant, the apartment is spacious and comfortable for the 8 people who were there, it is also located in a very beautiful area of the city near the parks and only a few minutes from downtown. Lucia's attention was excellent, she was always attentive and very predisposed with everything.

I have had a wonderful stay here! I’ve stayed in the apartment for a month and have extended too. It is very well located in a quiet area but with many coffee shops and restaurants and it is next to all my favorite green parks. The apartment is great with a big working desk, balcony, big closet and the kitchen is fully stocked for everything for cooking. Definitely recommend, especially for those long-term and working!! A great place to stay in Palermo. About Santa Fe with very good access to all means of transport. Very comfortable beds and almost no outside noises were heard. The kitchen is suitable for cooking. Easy access and the host is very caring and quick to respond. An excellent option for staying in Palermo.

Excellent apartment and communication with Laura. I really liked the location, tired of locomotion and close to tourist places, you can go to the neighborhood the mouth walking. So too, the very friendly concierge, made me an induction of the different amenities of the building. If I would go back to Buenos Aires, I would go back to this place. 👍
