Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

Great cabin with high standard, private spa area and sun from morning to evening☀️ The cabin is located in a well-established cabin area with football field, playground and nice bathing facilities. Only a short walk to the sea. The cabin is equipped with barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor jacuzzi and cold charcoal, as well as an annex with outdoor living room and sauna, so you can enjoy nice days here, no matter the weather! Restored older southern house with lots of charm! The house is located by itself in scenic surroundings, with direct access to several popular hiking trails. Access to private gapahuk a little walk away. At the same time, it is only 2 km to Lyngdal city center, the stadium, Sørlandsbadet and the beach at Rosfjord. It is best suited for 5, but the possibility of an additional mattress. Includes: 1st floor - living room, dining room, kitchen with gravel, bathroom with shower, entrance and laundry room. 2nd floor - 2 bedroom and hallway/loft.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Morning coffee can be enjoyed both inside and outside with the same feeling of closeness to nature. Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and the height under the roof makes nature come close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found approx. 2 min walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, it is right out in a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the jetty of the cabin area or at Åpta Camping. 15-20 minutes drive to Farsund city, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

Large functional house with Jacuzzi. Private beach line

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. Built in 2018, the house is of high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms, all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with lots of living space, different seating groups, jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

The cabin is secluded with a fantastic view and good sun conditions all day. Here you can really enjoy the evening sun. The cabin has a brand new kitchen from IKEA. Cabin with dock at sea

Newer delicate apartment as close to the sea as you can get! Good sun conditions, child friendly in a quiet area. On the terrace there are several good chairs, and delicious olive trees. Just enjoy the BBQ from a brand new Weber grill! The sun sets over the mountain at 9 pm lately. Then it's lovely and sitting on the terrace and enjoying the sunset I can promise Many nice activities, nice hiking trails, own beach, fishing from the jetty, trampoline, sandbox and possibility to borrow 3 SUP boards.

Idyllisk feriehus med nydelig og sentral beliggenhet. Høy standard og god plass. med sengeplasser opp til 10 personer. Huset er pent og moderne innredet med et kjøkken som har alt. Modern cabin with good sun conditions. Has a high standard, is child friendly and is located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seating for about 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor zones. On the fire pit you can prepare barbecue food or use as a cuddle in late evenings. Lots of nice activities in the nearby area - hiking, fishing from jetty, swimming, fire pit on nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to Dyreparken (Kristiansand).
