You’ll stay on our historic farm that was once bootlegging operation and a brothel during the prohibition era. We are just a short drive from the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches. This is a cozy brand new travel trailer with all the bells and whistles. We do meals, charcuterie boards and beautiful afternoon tea for additional fees. Sunflower Inn (1 queen bed, 1 full futon)

A comfortable, clean, and fully equipped 1-bedroom guesthouse with a private entrance, full kitchen, and everything you need to feel at home. Guests love the cozy atmosphere, peaceful location, and easy access to I-10, downtown Pensacola, and the beaches. Many of our guests return again and again because of the comfort, safety, and convenience this space offers. Non smokers only. small pets allowed provided they are potty trained and non destructive. 1 queen bed, 1 full size futon in living area

Cozy Traveller's Cottage Close to Downtown

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Few miles from downtown Pensacola. Naval Air Station (NAS), Naval Hospital & Pensacola State College Warrington Campus are within one mile. Fast food is readily available. Walmart is 2 blocks away. Ruby T's, Sonny's BBQ and Waffle House are a few of the nearby restaurants.

You will have free parking located in the backyard just steps away from the tiny home. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, unwind with a smart TV and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
