Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...).
