Great place with a great view. Right in the middle of Main Street so you have lots of surrounding areas to walk to. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the stay while we were in the area for the 3day event at the Kentucky horse park. The place was spot less clean and cozy. Walter was responsive and explained everything very well! The ceilings in the loft where we slept are on the low end so my 6’ boyfriend had to duck a little to navigate around up there but wasn’t an issue otherwise! Walter’s place has everything you’d need for your typical stay for a very reasonable price!

This airbn is a good place to stay. We picked at the last minute but we had a great time there. Recommended!

Great stay. The three things that stood out where: 1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. 2. Very responsive owner. Quick replies. Had a entry way keypad issue, was resolved immediately. 3. Very clean accommodations. The only recommendation/suggestion I would give for this space would be to update to modern smart TV's (like a Roku) and possibly provide some type of blue tooth speaker system. At the end of the day, we were happy with our stay. It offered great value, and we would stay there again without hesitation.

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our 4 nights at Nena's duplex. We liked the location--easy to drive to Frankfort and to nearby distilleries and restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. This was our first trip to the area, and we liked being in Lawrenceburg.

This historic building that houses this Airbnb is so unique! As others have noted, it's a wonderful find on Airbnb -- gorgeous interior, and it's spacious and full of personality. The basics -- a comfy bed, cleanliness, and clear instructions from a polite host -- were all there. The location is great: close to my favorite restaurant (Corto Lima) and coffee shop (Third Street Stuff) as well as within walking distance to downtown. Lexington, KY is a great place to visit--and this was the perfect place to stay.

Sable, my beloved black lab, and I were absolutely captivated by the amenities, the breathtaking surroundings, and the warmth of Rachel’s humble abode. Every moment we spent there was a true delight! Thank you Rachel and Airbnb!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, which included Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. Downtown Versailles is ADORABLE, especially decorated for Christmas, and it was such a fun walkable little area during a time when shops were open and a literal DJ was playing Christmas music on the courthouse steps. We walked to The Amsden for coffee and pastries and to Rolling Oven for pizza, and shopped in My Darling & Co., all of which were very cute and worth looking in on if you go. The Airbnb itself was beautifully designed, exactly as pictured, and very comfortable. It was so quiet inside that we still aren’t sure how many other people (if any) were staying in other units, but suffice it to say that we were not bothered by any noise, lol. The street parking was readily available while we were there (although it was a holiday, so I can’t speak to ordinary business days), and we parked literally right in front of the door to the building. Zero complaints. I’ll be back!!

Very cute place with a homey feel. Loved staying here and would definitely stay here again. The exposed brick is gorgeous and the decor compliments the overall feel very well. Check-in was smooth and everyone was very friendly. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was wishing I had booked more days near the end. Next time! :)

We can’t say enough good thinks about this space! It was decorated beautifully and had absolutely everything we needed at our fingertips. We loved how well the bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries and had tons of good hooks and storage areas for all of our stuff. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-furnished. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We’d highly recommend this place and would love to return!

What an adorable and cozy apartment. Ellen was kind enough to accommodate a very late check-in and even left lights on so we didn’t have to enter a dark apartment. That was very much appreciated. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, hot water and good water pressure, safe neighborhood. My daughter and I took a walk around the area and downtown and felt very safe. Her gardens make it feel like you are in this little oasis away from everything. Very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Ellen’s place.

This Airbnb’s stay was super spacious! My friend and I only stayed one night but we would love to stay here for an extended weekend. The area is very peaceful and safe and while we did not use the kitchen and living room area I’d love to in the future. The shower here was my favorite in that the water was very hot and the water pressure was nice and hard. It was great after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and walkable to downtown. We particularly liked the dressing room and closet area. It was great for keeping our stuff out of the way. Would stay again!

John’s place was great. Very convenient to get to with lots around and easy to walk to great restaurants and activities. Beds and furniture all very comfortable.
