Robert was very friendly and helpful when we neesed. The appartment is placed at excellent location in the center of the town next to bus stop, ski rental and restaurants and has private parking. The appartment is quite, clean and very well maintained.

Perfect for a weekend stay. About a 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Small shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Host was very communicative. Thank you.

Perfect location to be able to move around centrally, everything can be reached on foot or by bus next to it. Everything was described perfectly and simply. We were able to enjoy the week superbly!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

We had a wonderful time at Susannes Airbnb. We recommend staying with her. The terrace and it’s incredible view is everything. The quality of air and the quality of the tap water are insane. Haha. Thank you Susanne for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Important practical information not listed in the listing: Bus 8 from the main road leaves every 15 minutes to Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the Nasserein lift. It is just over 1 kilometer from the home and down to the bus stop, but you can park your car at the opposite stop where the bus stops when you drive home from Sankt Anton. It's about 200 meters between the two stops. The free ski depot that comes with the apartment is staffed, where staff are standing every day for skis, boots and ski poles and hand it out again. The ski spot is located 100 meters from bus stops and there is direct access from the shop up to the Nasserein lift.

The Ticino house is simple but attractively furnished. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean. We particularly liked the wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, which can be enjoyed from the balcony. From Contra you can do a lot, hikes e.g. to the Verzaskatal, excursions to Lugano, Bellinzona, etc. We were able to spend a varied holiday.

Idyllic location overlooking Lake Como. Super comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Calm, tranquility, sunbathing in complete privacy, terrace with exceptional lake views. We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

We had a lovely stay at Susanna and Benjamin's house. It's a really lovely home, very well cleaned and was able to sleep 8 of us.

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment where it feels like home. Well-equipped and warm. Sigi has a lot of taste for decorating. I loved the photos of her and her family hanging on the walls. I think I would have liked to meet Sigi who must have been a kind and caring person. I highly recommend this spacious and beautiful place. Good luck Sigi renting your place.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.
