Monthly Rentals in Berkeley Hills

I spent a wonderful week at Patsy's beautiful property. The Northside neighborhood is lovely - comfortable and quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the University of California campus. Patsy was a dedicated communicator, always very helpful to me. I managed the full week with no car, but I did swallow my pride and take an occasional Uber home at the end of a long day. The property is on a steep hill, and my climbing legs are not what they used to be. (To be fair, I saw joggers tackling the hill virtually every morning, and I did get more and more comfortable with it as the week progressed. It certainly gave me a good workout!) Many thanks for a great week in Berkeley!

Tomas is a superhost for a reason ~ he is a great host. My husband is not well, and we requested extra blankets and hearing to deal with the fact that my husband always feels cold. Tomas was great. We had not one, but TWO blankets, not one but TWO space heaters on top of the heating that was already there in the apartment. In other words, Tomas went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. His instructions for getting into the building were excellent, and he always responded quickly (within an hour) to any questions we had.

Tara is an outstanding host! Was very responsive and everything set up in the Airbnb had everything my pup and I needed. Comfortable and clean stay. Would def stay here again! 10/10

Cara was a wonderful host, and her home was delightful. She gave detailed instructions on everything and provided a TON of amenities - we found surprises all over! The beautiful neighborhood is my favorite (I grew up there), and we felt very safe and secure. She even has friendly neighbors!
