In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of the year. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also fire up the large fireplace and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with grill ring and a large dining area with parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows.

I wanted a retreat for myself that offered everything I find important and enjoyable in a small space: A comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, storage space and a sofa for relaxing, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Quietness was important. Attractive design and privacy.
