Babelsberg Castle Park is within walking distance, and the interesting residential areas are just around the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance: organic bakery, Italian, ice cream parlor, supermarket, nice beer garden.

Our flat is on a little peninsula on the river - it's so quiet that it feels like you are in the countryside (perfect after a day of city sightseeing) yet it is very well connected to the city centre and the airport. It is close to cafes, bars, clubs and a large supermarket. Across the river/lake there are numerous beer gardens, restaurants, parks and peddle boats for hire etc. This is our actual home so care has been taken in many aspects. Possibility to also use our bikes/trailer(s).

Welcome to the heart of Berlin. The renovated apartment is located in the popular Kreuzkölln, right next to the Maybachufer. Cafes, restaurants and bars in the Wrangelkiez are just minutes away and in the adjacent park you can take a leisurely break from everyday life. Due to the excellent location, the bus and U Bhf Schönleinstr. or Kottbusser Tor are within walking distance in 3 minutes and there is public parking right in front of the house and on the Landwehr Canal.

Barrier-free apartment with a terrace

Our apartment is barrier-free and is located directly at the Adlershof Landscape Park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and BER airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Still the apartment is quietly located. It is located on a cul-de-sac and a charging facility for electric cars is right outside the door. There is always a parking space in our residential area. A highchair and travel crib are provided.

Berlin-Mahlsdorf is one of Berlin's most popular residential areas. Thanks to the good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by federal highway,S-Bahn and U-Bahn in only about 15-20 minutes. By bike and on foot you can relax in the countryside by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Arrival is customary from 15:00 to 17:00 and departure until 10:00.
