We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you Barbara!

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Londa. Boendet har en fantastisk utsikt och ligger väldigt privat högt upp i Londa. Leonardo och hans fru är fantastiska värdar som välkomnade oss till boendet och gav oss en ordentlig tur av boendet innan de lämnade oss ensamma. Leonardo var även väldigt snabb med att assistera oss vid minsta problem och var alltid trevlig. Boendet har allt man kan önska sig och är väldigt rent och välskött. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera att man gör ett besök här. Det enda negativa med platsen är att trafikanter kör väldigt fort på den slingriga vägen påväg upp till boendet, så det säkraste är att ta bilen för att röra sig i området.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze unieke villa! Francesca is een ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ze komt elke ochtend en avond even langs om het zwembad te openen/sluiten en de tuin te bewateren – een kleine inbreuk op de privacy, maar met charme gebracht. De villa is ruim en comfortabel: wij waren met het ouderlijk gezin, partners en kinderen, en iedereen had een eigen badkamer. Het zwembad (op verzoek verwarmd) is afsluitbaar met een hek – heel fijn en veilig met kleine kinderen. Wat je nergens anders ziet: werkelijk álle muren zijn beschilderd met 3D-ornamenten. Geen idee hoe het kan, maar het werkt! De tuin is prachtig, al wel wat glooiend, dus hou daar rekening mee. In de omgeving kun je fietsen huren, er is veel te zien en eten kan van simpel tot super-de-luxe. Kortom: een aanrader! Francesca, bedankt – de dronebeelden zijn onderweg!

Wie im Himmel! Zwei wundervolle Wochen in der reizvoll spätsommerlichen Toskana, unweit von Florenz, Arezzo, Siena, San Gimigniano und den Weingütern der Chianti-Region liegen hinter uns. Und Rosano! Mit der besten Alimentari-Bottega der Welt und einer kleinen feinen zurückgezogenen Klosterkirche der Benediktinerinnen. Il Castellino ist ein wunderschönes und liebevoll betreutes Anwesen mitten in biologisch bewirtschafteten Olivenhainen. Ein Zuhause auf Zeit: der weite Blick in die morgendlich nebelverhangenen Täler, lange ungestörte Abendstunden auf Terasse, der perfekt temperierte Pool, die gut ausgestattete Küche, die superkomfortable Einrichtung, der Lieblingsplatz in der Hängematte zwischen alten Bäumen, eine Olivenöl-Führung von Remus und Marias unvergleichliche Torta ... wir kommen wieder!

Siamo state davvero bene in questa villa. La casa è enorme, ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Arredamenti scelti in modo preciso e attento per offrire diverse esperienze e servizi particolari (salotto che diventa sala cinema!). Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari, soprattutto il giardino e le sale interne, perfetti per rilassarsi. Ha tutto il necessario sia per lavorare che per divertirsi. Un grande grazie all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super positiva

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

Eine unglaubliche schöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Garten - viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die Aussicht - Enspannung pur! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sicher nochmal zurück.

We hebben met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen een heerlijke tijd gehad in de villa. Het huis is prachtig, ruim, schoon, smaakvol ingericht en zeer goed geoutilleerd. Het is omgeven door een enorme tuin, inclusief een beekje en een waterval. De communicatie met de verhuurster was snel en vriendelijk. Ze heeft ons op mijn verzoek in contact gebracht met een cateraar die het diner op de eerste en laatste avond van ons verblijf verzorgd heeft, dat was geweldig! Kortom een aanrader voor een familievakantie !

La villa è meravigliosa è ristrutturata da poco, la cosa bella è che anche se eravamo tre famiglie ognuno aveva la sua privacy e il suo spazio. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari ad una famiglia, le stoviglie e pentole nuovissime. Bagni comodi e grandi. Spazi esterni curatissimi. La gentilezza di Michela e la sua disponibilità aggiunge gradevolezza al soggiorno. La Romangna è a portata di mano, la casa è a massimo 30’ da tutti i posti più belli. A 5’ dal centro di’ Santarcangelo che è un paese incantato.

Loved our stay. Hosts were kind and responded quickly. The property is beautiful and the views breathtaking. It’s a bit far from other cities (other than Florence), but if you’re looking for a cosy little getaway to just read, drink local wine and swim, this is a hidden gem!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

Gran casa, bonita y confortable a un paso de Florencia con insuperables vistas

Ho trascorso il Capodanno al Piccolo Ulivo Ranch insieme ai miei amici, ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La villa è immersa nella natura, perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e relax, a soli 20 minuti da Arezzo. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e accoglienti, e la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La soluzione ideale per chi vuole godersi la pace della campagna e cerca un’atmosfera calda e familiare. Un luogo che consiglio vivamente per una vacanza tra amici o in famiglia!

Wir hatten das Häuschen mit Überdachung und 2 Zimmern und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles super sauber, eine toll ausgestattete Küche. Es gab sogar Kinderteller und -becher, auch Gewürze sowie Kaffee, Tee etc für die ersten Tage waren vorhanden - top! Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden uns proaktiv angeboten und haben wir dankend angenommen. Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt, vom Pool aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Der Kinderspielplatz war perfekt und sah aus wie neu. Elena hat uns sogar Grillkohle besorgt nachdem wir kein brauchbares Brennholz für den Grill gefunden haben. WLAN funktioniert super im gesamten Areal. Die Einfahrt durchs Tor ist nichts für große Autos aber wir sind mit unserem Kombi grad so durchgekommen. Ansonsten muss man einfach oben bzw außerhalb des Ferienhauses parken. Ist auch kein Problem. Alles in allem können wir dieses Juwel für Ruhesuchende bzw Natur/Wanderliebhaber absolut weiterempfehlen. Unbedingt auch Poppi besichtigen!

The villa is absolutely beautiful inside & out. Giorgio was an amazing host, and we were in need of nothing. He helped arrange a dinner for 15 and gave some great recs on restaurants nearby, which made it easy and delicious. All the rooms in the villa were comfortably accommodated with bathrooms, plus there were multiple sitting areas, and an awesome fireplace and dining table. We could not have asked for anything better.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Loro Ciuffenna at Massimo’s beautiful house. It by far exceeds the pictures, the grounds are huge, well maintained and totally private. The pool area is the jewel in the crown however the garden kitchen and picnic table were also highlights. Loro Ciuffenna feels like a real hidden gem and we we loved exploring all the great restaurants and independent shops. The location is secluded enough that you feel in the heart the stunning Tuscan countryside, but perfect reaching distance of city trips to Arezzo, Sienna and Florence. Massimo and Laura were truly incredible, I have never before had such attentive, kind, generous and helpful hosts. From recommending local events, wineries, shops, giving us lifts in and out of town if we all wanted to drink, to dropping off surprise pizza from their family bakery - they did so much they didn’t have to, and it’s thanks to them we had such a rich trip. There is no doubt in my mind we will return.

Pobyt w domu Niccolo był świetny, dom wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Piękna okolica, pełna spokoju oraz ciszy, bardzo dużo udogodności, bardzo wygodny przez dużą liczbę miejsc do spędzenia czasów ze znajomymi, bardzo dobre wyposażenie domu i kuchni. Komunikacja z Niccolo i jego mamą, (która upiekła dla nas ciasto) była świetna. Nie mam absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń. Na pewno tam wrócimy z naszymi znajomymi
