We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. This accommodation is incredibly beautiful, and the sunsets were a masterpiece. Leonardo was super friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions, offering advice and tips on everything from restaurants to activities. We stayed here for a week and drove to Florence for a day. Be sure to ask Leonardo about the best places to park in Florence, as parking in the city can be difficult. Londa is a small village, very peaceful and relaxing if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere. You can also take the train into Florence if you're looking for a bit more city life.

If you want a beautiful house with lovely garden and a fantastic pool overlooking the Toscana hills this is it. And Francesca is really a super host. I had a birthday and she organised for os to have local chef to come and make traditional Toscana dinner.

Our stay at Il Casellino was definitely wonderful. The communication with Lara was very smooth. Our hosts, Remus and Maria, are absolutely outstanding. They do everything to make your holiday perfect. The place is very quiet and the views are breathtaking. It can be pretty hot in Toscany and therefore the big swimmingpool gives the necessary coolness. in short: a perfect place to relax!

We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun. We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

An incredibly beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous garden - much nicer than in the photos! The host is very friendly, set up and helpful. The highlight is the pool and the view - pure relaxation! Shopping facilities are a short walk away by car. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful time at the villa with our children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. It is surrounded by a huge garden, including a stream and a waterfall. Communication with the hostess was prompt and friendly. She put us in touch with a caterer who provided dinner on the first and last night of our stay, which was great! In short, a recommendation for a family holiday !

Loved our stay. Hosts were kind and responded quickly. The property is beautiful and the views breathtaking. It’s a bit far from other cities (other than Florence), but if you’re looking for a cosy little getaway to just read, drink local wine and swim, this is a hidden gem!

I spent New Year's Eve at Piccolo Ulivo Ranch with my friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa is surrounded by nature, perfect for those looking for tranquility, just 20 minutes from Arezzo. The interior spaces are spacious and welcoming, and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside and are looking for a warm and familiar atmosphere. A place I highly recommend for a vacation with friends or family!

We had the cottage with canopy and 2 rooms and were very satisfied. Everything super clean, a well-equipped kitchen. There were even children's plates and cups, also spices as well as coffee, tea etc for the first few days were available - great! Baby cot and high chair were offered to us proactively and we gratefully accepted. The entire complex is extremely well maintained, from the pool you have a fantastic view. The children's playground was perfect and looked like new. Elena even got us charcoal after we didn't find usable firewood for the grill. WiFi works great throughout the area. The driveway through the gate is not for big cars but we just got through with our station wagon. Otherwise, you just have to park upstairs or outside the vacation home. It's no problem either. All in all, we can absolutely recommend this jewel for peace seekers or nature/hiking lovers. Be sure to visit Poppi too!

The villa is absolutely beautiful inside & out. Giorgio was an amazing host, and we were in need of nothing. He helped arrange a dinner for 15 and gave some great recs on restaurants nearby, which made it easy and delicious. All the rooms in the villa were comfortably accommodated with bathrooms, plus there were multiple sitting areas, and an awesome fireplace and dining table. We could not have asked for anything better.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Loro Ciuffenna at Massimo’s beautiful house. It by far exceeds the pictures, the grounds are huge, well maintained and totally private. The pool area is the jewel in the crown however the garden kitchen and picnic table were also highlights. Loro Ciuffenna feels like a real hidden gem and we we loved exploring all the great restaurants and independent shops. The location is secluded enough that you feel in the heart the stunning Tuscan countryside, but perfect reaching distance of city trips to Arezzo, Sienna and Florence. Massimo and Laura were truly incredible, I have never before had such attentive, kind, generous and helpful hosts. From recommending local events, wineries, shops, giving us lifts in and out of town if we all wanted to drink, to dropping off surprise pizza from their family bakery - they did so much they didn’t have to, and it’s thanks to them we had such a rich trip. There is no doubt in my mind we will return.

A beautiful, traditional and historic home in a stunning location in Tuscany. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. Niccolò and his family were great hosts and always available to help when we needed them. Highly recommend.
