Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

The apartment is very comfortable in view is beautiful , it is practically in the sand with beach service with chairs and tent. The decor and light and beautiful ,we have everything a house needs if you need help we have a great employee who charges the daily part ,we will pass the contact .. We have a heated pool that is very nice , I'm sure you'll like it very much. Here is a paradise !!We're near the mall,restaurants,golf course,tennis court...
