Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apartment for over 8 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. The cleaners and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

Amazing Feet in the Sand on the Riviera, module 3

Here you will feel as if you are inside the sea! The apartment is a few steps from the ocean. You will wake up and from your bed you will be able to contemplate a wide and beautiful view of the beach of Riviera de São Lourenço. The beach is very clean and safe, so you won't need to worry about having to bring beach chairs and umbrellas. ATTENTION: THE APARTMENT HAS JUST BEEN RENOVATED, THE WHOLE BUILDING HAS A BALCONY WITH A BARBECUE GRILL AND PROTECTIVE SCREEN. AND NOW WITH 1 MORE WC. YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE EVEN BETTER!

Ideal apartment for rest 50 meters from the beach with a large gourmet terrace ideal for having appetizers while your children play protected by the safety net. Living room with air-conditioning, with a sofa bed, an island with a cooktop and an oven. All appliances, including an Airfryer. Suite with air-conditioning. Cable TV (network and password on site). Beach service with 4 chairs, 1 table and 1 parasol. We do not provide bed linens/towels, only blankets, pillows, tablecloths and dish towels.

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

My apto. is facing the sea. You can walk to the mall. The building is of good frequency, the outside area is quiet. My space is suitable for couples and families 6 people . The ap. is well taken care, of course, renovated, air cond., tile floor, built-in arm, barbecue and balcony . There is beach service with umbrellas and chairs, heated swimming pool, sauna , gym and tennis court. There is ice maq. in the building for guest use.It is not possible to smoke in the apt.

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.
