The building was exactly the same as the pictures. The condominium has chairs and sunshine on the beach, in addition to offering ice for cooler supply. Very good appliances, including a good gas barbecue on the roof. Good parking space, next to the elevator. A good choice for small family.

The apartment is designed for the guest. All clean for real, with no sign of mold, decorated with affection. No crockery or several games. They are beautiful sets and in excellent condition. Excellent Towels. I loved the stay and felt well received.

The condominium is very organized, with an excellent location, close to the beach and offers chairs and an umbrella. Great accommodation, very clean and organized place, air conditioning in the rooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fit new and very close to the beach. I traveled with my children and wife and we really liked it, we were very well accommodated. Fábio was a great host, responsive, polite and helpful.

Very good and complete apartment, with everything we needed to spend the holiday. Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Great location. Close to the beach, which is private to the beach address condominium. Extremely safe. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and it was a very good experience. The beach has amphibious chairs that make it much easier to travel. Rodrigo is very helpful and is always ready to respond and help.

We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Great apartment, complete, accommodated very well my family and that of friends, we were in 7 people, 2 couples, 1 teenager and 2 three children. Location also very good, close to the beach, bicycles for rent and the mall. Building with a complete infrastructure with barbecue next to the swimming pool, sauna and tennis court. I would stay again on another occasion.

My family and I spent wonderful days in Riviera! John was extremely attentive by giving us all the information in advance, and whenever we need it, he also responded quickly. The apartment is beautiful and quite complete, as advertised, literally feel at home. The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is down the street, about 3 blocks or so. We miss only a stroller to take the extra chairs and coler to the beach. We also use the extra sunguard, as only the beach service is small, we were with 3 children. The cart was missed, but we settled down. Limpeza do ap was good! Quiet building, helpful employees. We spend a lot.

The apt is awesome! What a beautiful place, we arrive with the Apt super clean… all very good, the Apt is huge tb.. just be careful with the raccoons, don't leave the rest of the food in the outside area. O Conômino is a mini resort, heated pool, gym, ice machine, beach service, in short apt small details even because the Apt is beautiful. As feedback, I think increasing the internet speed would be even more interested if you spend days working. We will return, what a wonderful place.
