I loved the stay! The place is pleasant, cozy and perfect to be. It is close to the beach, and, in addition, it is possible to see other beaches in less than 20 minutes by car. Carlos and Leila are kind and polite people. I'll definitely be back more often.

Very spacious and cozy apartment, we went in 6 people and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete and equipped, we don't need to take anything. The host and staff were super attentive and we supported at various times during the stay. Super recommend this accommodating for those looking for a quiet and cozy spot. We hope to return soon. We went on the extended April holiday and arrived there and surprised us with the impeccable cleaning, the house is beyond what is seen in the photos, a very pleasant, quiet environment. We hired the part of the secretary of the home, Mrs. Rosângela, who was a love of person, very kind, helpful, impeccable, we always arrived from the beach the house was impeccable, extremely reliable !!! The house is close to the beach ! My family and I love the place and will definitely be back soon ! We stayed for 4 days in this wonderful house Even before the booking was confirmed, Cristiano had already helped me a lot, answering all my questions and helping me with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were perfect with Da. Laucildes, very attentive, polite and helping with everything, making our stay easier. The house is PERFECT, very cozy and quiet. The common areas are integrated, making socializing perfect even with people doing different things at the same time. The condominium is very good, safe, beautiful, wooded and quiet. The rooms are great, the beds are also great and all with air-conditioning that works perfectly. The bathrooms are complete. The pool is a delight, always very clean, the pool attendant goes every morning to clean it, which guarantees perfect use. To conclude my review, this choice was a 1000 Congratulations to Cristiano

Carlos was very attentive and polite, the very pleasant and familiar atmosphere, a quiet place with a very pleasant landscape, I found it easy to access the beach. I liked it a lot, I would come back more times whenever possible. I felt at home.

The stay was wonderful, we love everything! The house is beautiful and very comfortable, the perfect beach! Heating the pool made all the difference as we caught colder nights. We will definitely return.

Carlos has always been very helpful, from the first contact. The place is impeccable with great kitchen structure, utilities, etc. The leisure space is shared with other units (swimming pool, barbecue area) and everything is very well maintained and cared for. The road to the beach is by a beautiful trail with remnants of preserved Atlantic Forest, which lasts about 15 min ( by foot). If you are with children, use the car to the Orla. Carlos allowed the use of two bikes, which allowed us to walk through almost the entire Riviera. We'll come back more often, for sure.

Excellent accommodation. Ana and Cassia were always very helpful and willing to help us, especially with regard to check-in and check-out times. The house was perfectly clean and very well equipped, with items such as beach chair, cooler, TV, kitchen utensils, etc. We already intend to return!

Beautiful house, brand new with everything good quality. Quiet and easy to access location. The only point is that the coffee filter and noodle drainer stand was missing. Otherwise the house has all the necessary accessories and everything of good quality. We had a question with the shutters that were quickly resolved. We'll be back for sure!

It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The home was charming and was really nice but the views and location are beyond description. I have seen very few properties around the world this beautiful. Words won’t do it justice so I’ll be brief . The only thing better was the staff. Juninho and Rosa are the best asset this property has and that’s saying a lot. We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!
