Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

This beautiful 37 m2 studio will charm you with its comfort. Located in a peaceful residential area, a 15-minute walk to Vesoul city center, it offers unobstructed views of the city as well as the Chapelle de la Motte. You can admire beautiful sunsets, contemplate the lights of the city or listen to the birds singing. At the foot of the Cita Plateau, a Natura 2000 classified ecological reserve, it will appeal to hikers and walkers with its direct access to the various trails.

Residence in the city center (Casino and Thermal Baths 150 m away) completely renovated and decorated in a modern and designer way. Great for tourists, spa guests, and business travelers (non-smokers) The "Lissa" studio is located on the second floor on the courtyard side. The bend is a peaceful place that has a capacity for 6 people (3 bedrooms / 6 modular beds) located in a small village with all comforts. Located 15min from Bourbonne-les-Bains and 25min from the Autoroute du Soleil. This accommodation is 45 minutes from Langres where you can find Lake Liez with many activities (June to August).

Our cottage "Jardins de lune", adjoining our home, accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is located 2 km from the Saône and Véloroute 50 La Voie Bleue. With independent access and opening onto a large garden and fields, it will offer you an ideal setting for rest and relaxation. Recently furnished with natural materials (wood, earth-straw wall) that give it a simple and warm appearance, our cottage is well insulated and remains comfortable in any season.

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! Bed and breakfast for one or two people including one bedroom, with bathroom, toilet and private terrace (no kitchen). Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price indicated. The room is located in the building of the old drawbridge, fortified in the 15th century. Romagna is a former commandery founded by the Templars around 1140, then it belonged to the Order of Malta.

At the end of our property (2 hectares) is our brand new (2022) built Beekhut next to the babbling brook. A place where you can get away from the world for a while, where you can cook, have a refrigerator and even soon a (solar?) shower! Where you can sit quietly on your own terrace and no one sees you. Where peace, space and nature can come to you in full. Welcome to our Beekhut! Oh yes, pets are only welcome in the Beekhut in consultation!
