Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. A large bedroom and dining room that starts the small kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with floor-level shower and plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage two streets away (Burgstraße 20) for about 20 euros per day.
