Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Our house is right on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Bike path as well as the cross-country trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is 5 minutes' reach. Studio is located at the bottom part of the house with separate entrance and directly attached carport. Your ski or bikes will also fit in there. We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.

Our small, cozy one-room cabin offers space for 3 people, shared hours and evenings. The wood stove makes it cozy and warm, a large corner bench with table, bunk bed, dresser are also in the hut. Grilling is possible directly next to the hut, water is directly at the hut at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a few meters from the hut, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.
