Beachfront vacation rentals in Bicol

We had an amazing stay with our family. It is a beach front house and has a breath taking view of the sea. I love the serenity and clealiness of the sorroundings. No big crowds and felt the exclusivity along the stretch of the beach. The hosts are supernice, helpful and responsive. Making it easier for us to locate and reach the place without hassles. Our stay would not be perfect without the caretakers who are very helpful and hospitable.We felt right at home! We would definitely come back and will recommend this found hidden gem. E

The place was beautiful! It was a quiet respite and very private and that was just what we were looking for as we had a few family events during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating regarding the special requests we’ve had to ask. The resident caretaker - Ms. Felisa and Mr. Barry were awesome! Felisa was an amazing cook! We just had to let her know how we want all the fresh produce, seafood and others local products done and she would turn them into masterful culinary creations. For a nominal fee, nothing was too much for her. I’ve been to almost 90 countries and this was the 2nd time I’ve booked accommodations via Airbnb and this place was something special. Do not expect Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton or Aman amenities or ambiance but the place has everything a family would need to have a memorable stay. Will totally go back and book this place over and over again.

Me and my friends recently stayed at the villa, and it was an amazing experience! The place was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The location was also fantastic, providing breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

It was by far the best Airbnb, me and my friends has ever been. Host is very responsive to messages. We couldn't keep talking about the food Norma served to us. That was another 5 stars, so total 10 stars for this review :). I'm so happy we found this place. Also, the most serene sunset I've ever seen. The interior was well though of. We would love to be back one day. All the best to the Hosts, Norma and Mark. We left the house with happy faces. :)

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in Cajidiocan. Alibagon is about 2 km from the main town. It is an easy walk into Cajidiocan, but also easy to take a motorized tricycle. Gerda and Andre have created a beautiful garden setting with lots of space for privacy for guests. The beach is right out front with crystal clear water. It can be a bit rocky at first, so water shoes are a good idea. The mornings are beautiful here! It is interesting to watch the fishermen on the beach and enjoy the natural surroundings. At night, we loved opening the windows to let in the fresh ocean breeze. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes that drifted in during the night and the sounds of the ocean lulled us to sleep. Andre and Gerda were exceptional hosts- very warm, friendly, gracious and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Sibuyan. Thank you Gerda and Andre for a wonderful stay!

Best hosts we've ever had. Every wish was read from our eyes. Excellent restaurant with direct sea view. Intimate atmosphere and super warm hosts. Beautiful and lovingly maintained facility. Highly, highly recommended - we will be happy to come back!!!

Beautiful location, incredibly peaceful & serene. Plenty of room for 10 people. No Air-condition or TV/Karoke so it was a little warm however you are just a few steps from a beach and breezes. Two caretakers onsite who were incredibly helpful & kind. The property is some distance from the nearest town of Santo Domingo ( 15-20 minute ride ) so worth ensuring you bring everything you need however the trip into Santo Domingo is also worth while. There are a lot of steps down to the property which requires a lot of steps up when leaving, not ideal for perhaps the elderly or people with mobility concerns. Also quite close to the nature centre which was amazing, the amount of work & effort taken in building the accommodation & centre is staggering. The opportunity to just walk out & jump in the beach with the amazing views and relaxing environment was absolutely worth while.

Randall is very responsive. Despite a late booking, he was able to accomodate us with ease.
