we had a great stay in your place. walking distance to cagsawa ruins and very near other places of interest as well. we just don't like the 250 charge dun sa in house tricycle nila, but other than that, it is highly recommended.

Nice homey place, location is good since it’s near magsaysay avenue and centro. The aircon also works fine.

You cannot go wrong with this place. I mean free coffee and some snacks? If there's one thing I could suggest is maybe provide some thicker blankets or comforter. That's it. Nothing else!

Finally found my go to place for an overnight stay in. Legazpi! Location is great, very accessible and there's a lot of restaurants around. The host is also very approachable. I had to change the dates of my stay and alexandra allowed the changes without hassle.
