University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and baker are just 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly renovated apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage space for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for up to 3 people. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket 2 km. It is a 5-minute walk to the AZL Luhmühlen, and to the Westergellerser Heide event site it is approx. 20 minutes' walk (2 km)
