Vacation rentals with a firepit in Big Lake

My family met up for the first time in 8 years for mama’s 50th birthday and this place came through. It’s clean, very homey, welcoming with the welcome Jamie & family SIGN, WIFI INFORMATION ETC. There was a little playground in the back of the house kids enjoyed very much. The Boys enjoyed the hot tub and bonfire AS WELL. The space FELT LIKE HOME and mama was very VERY happy. Very clean and easy to navigate. Love a lot of beds available for family sleepover, lots of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Altogether, THE BEST-We will definitely book with them again. THANK YOU.

Everything is beautiful and the view of the golf course is great! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The home was super clean, modern and comfortable! Can’t ask for anything more.

I loved the place from the moment I arrived I drove from Anchorage to stay in this beautiful two-story cabin hosted by Carrie and Kale they are two wonderful host although I was only able to meet Carrie, they were both very helpful in providing information regarding every aspect of the location and details of the cabin they had available. I must say this place has tons of character and history we will be staying again. I wish that I would be able to meet Kale as he sounds positive and friendly. this location is great as you can bring the family including pets. they have tons of firewood and extra space to bunk more travelers. if you are in town this place is a great place to check!

Our stay was peaceful and we felt safe and at home. Camden provided easy to follow directions, as well as information about the cabin and surrounding property. The cabin was clean and well supplied. The area was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return.

We highly recommend Craig’s place! Great location, home, yard. Bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen with everything we needed. The garage was an extra bonus. Would love to stay again the next time we visit family in Wasilla!

We stayed at Nelia’s home during our first trip to Anchorage and it was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics for our stay. The little touches she provided - postcards and stamps, mints and chocolates, sparkling cider in the fridge and snacks made us feel very welcome. We had an issue with the washing machine and she was very responsive and had it fixed right away. It’s a no-shoes home and she provides comfortable slippers. Wish it was warmer weather so we could enjoy the backyard but the front windows provided great views of the mountains. It’s in a quiet residential court off a major street, minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. Nelia provided us with local recommendations and had tons of brochures and tourism info which helped us add to our trip! She was a very welcoming host and we felt comfortable during our stay.

Wow. The pictures do not give justice. Relax is exactly what we did. everything we needed plus more. blew us away completely. The view was spectacular. Life changing for us. We will absolutely be booking again.

I cannot express how much I absolutely loved this little downtown cabin. I didn’t even realize I was in town. The view everyday was absolutely stunning. We sat in the hot tub at 1am in the rain watching the lights. It was spectacular. Jody had everything we would have needed! She keeps an amazing stock of good products (of course I brought and used my own). It was so peaceful there. She was fast to respond and friendly. This really ended up being the perfect little birthday surprise for my partner and myself. I definitely recommend staying here, amazing place, so much to do and the host is incredible.

Wonderful place to stay. It is very comfortable, peaceful and very centrally located for activities in Anchorage, Willow, Palmer and Wasilla. We enjoyed ice fishing in Wasilla, and Northern lights in Willow.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Anchorage. We were waiting out a storm and Chris was very accommodating and let us book extra nights. The place was perfect for 3 people to have plenty of room. I was able to walk into town for restaurants, shops and groceries.

Peaceful and very little noise even though it’s an apartment in the lower level of the Host's house. The fresh eggs were a delicious treat along with the local coffee and tea provided. They also offer a few local items for purchase. This place is close to Hatchers pass which is fabulous for the outdoor enthusiasts. Highly recommend!

Rubys place was easy to find and very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would absolutely recommend 10/10.

Jane's place was clean, comfortable, and compact. The hosts next door were lovely and responded quickly to any questions. As noted in the description, there isn't a full kitchen but there is a wonderful grocery store with food-to-go right across the street. I enjoyed my stay and only wish that I'd seen the garden in bloom!

The mustard seed has everything you need, the personal touches make you feel right at home. there is a beautiful, peaceful 5 minute walk that leads to the lake.

Phenomenal stay! Very cozy cabin with all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable. Wasn’t too far from town yet quiet and peaceful all around. Instructions were a big blessing, they are simple and straight to the point. We loved our stay here and most definitely will come back!

Such a great experience! Definitely a recommendation to everyone! It's a very cute, comfy, cozy cabin stuffed with everything you need - BBQ grill with charcoal and starting fluid, spices, kitchenette, coffee and tea. I really appreciate the cleanliness, especially of the fridge. Not a standard with AirBnBs. The communication was quick and friendly and Marshall made sure we had an easy checkin and a great experience. But the cherry on top was the firewood for a little campfire.

Perfect location to break up a long drive across Alaska. It was a few minutes from the main road and ten minutes away from plenty of food options. Cabin had all the essentials!

No issues what do ever. Amazing and hassle free. I will be guiding friends and family to stay at this property.

Perfect Getaway - Went fishing near the cabin. Beautiful sunrise. Tranquil and Breathtaking. I saw an Eagle perched in the tree. Surreal and amazing. Read a book. Cozy and cool.
