Charming small studio composed of a mezzanine with bed and a sofa bed in the living space as well as a kitchen with fridge, microwave and induction stove. It is located 3 km from the city center of Andernos, and the beaches of the Arcachon Bay, and 10 km from the ocean beach of Grand Crohot in the municipality of Lège Cap Ferret, 50 minutes from Bordeaux or the Dune du Pilat. Guests can take advantage of this place to swim, walk, surf or visit Bordeaux as well as the Médoc castles.

This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

Beautiful air-conditioned studio equipped for two people

The studio is completely new and sleeps two people. It is only rented for one week from Saturday to Saturday in July and August and for a minimum of two days the rest of the time. The studio is air-conditioned. Preferred booking for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday in July and August! Accommodation not accessible for people with reduced mobility

Studio 25 m2 – year-round jacuzzi (option), and pool

Studio of 25 m2 ideal in its maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 young children. The studio is on our 800 m2 lot. It is not attached to our house. Our living spaces are the opposite of each other.
