Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Beautifully located, approx. 100 m², newly renovated in 2021, very well equipped and lovingly furnished old building apartment on the ground floor of a detached three-family house in the heart of Landau. Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel despite being very close to the city centre (10-minute walk) as well as to the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also just a few minutes away on foot.

In our apartment with 40 square meters of living space in the basement, you will find everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The modern, high-quality furnishings of the living room and bathroom invite you to relax in a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable food. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Vacation home "Am Herrengarten"

Centrally located between the Palatinate Forest and the Wine Route, as well as the Rhine and Alsace. The small but nice and cozy vacation apartment "Am Herrengarten" is located on the outskirts of Ingenheim, with a view of the countryside next to our house, depending on the vegetation. Partial use of the garden is possible. From here you can take great walks, go hiking and cycling. An extra garden house is available for storing bicycles.

Beautiful Alsatian half-timbered house, (about 150 m2) located in a quiet area in the heart of the famous picturesque village of Seebach, close to Wissembourg and Germany. Comfortable and full of charm, great for large families. Ideal as a starting point for hikes, bike tours and to discover a region with multiple historical and cultural riches. Excursions to Wissembourg, Strasbourg, the Vosges, or the Black Forest.

The Alsatian barn "Grandfather the Cherry Tree"

Lovers of Northern Alsace, you will be seduced by this unique and romantic getaway. Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.

Half-timbered house in the Southern Palatinate

The vacation home is located in the center of Billigheim, in the beautiful Southern Palatinate. From here, hikes and bike tours can be planned. The cozy house (85 m²) is equipped with two bedrooms and suitable for 2-4 people. The kitchen has the basic equipment for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, ceramic stovetop with oven, toaster, kettle and egg cooker and a Senseo coffee maker.
