Kiera is very informative, the place is very near to the bar walking street. So the noise can be heard from the room. Not for light sleeper tho. But excellent location, near the famous banh mi & surrounded by restaurants. Neighbor downstairs has dogs that bark really loud, although not very often, but can be heard from the room.

This airbnb is the perfect place to stay. Not only was it completely clean but I had a very good style, amenities and above all I want to highlight the host's attention. Exceeded our expectations with the photos! On the ground floor there is a wonderful restaurant that is 100% worth it. Definitely if we come back to Ho Chi Minh we will definitely be back to this place ☺️

Clean apartment in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very comfortable bed and a huge swimming pool.

The facilities and facilities were new, clean, and well cleaned.The check-in method was a little confusing, but the host responded in a short time.They were proactive in communicating and responding to any issues during their stay.There is a delicious pizza restaurant nearby, and you can use grab.Proactively recommend.

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Great host, nice and calm homestay

Thoa place is very private. Feel like home, artistic touch. Pretty much everything is there what you need. If you are three people can easily accommodate as well as sofa is very comfortable too. Very close to Bui Vien street with lots of restaurants. Food is all at walking distance. Two AC in unit. Plus fan is also available. Washroom nice and small cute kitchen. You get the feeling of living in local life as Vietnamese. Motor bike private parking is also available. Thoa host is so good, I did not meet her but she sound great and she did laundry for me as well. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Just text her if you want to know anything about the place or around area.

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

The place is so clean. There are no ants. The bathroom is also clean. The location is also really good. And there was a small difficulty at 11pm, and the host personally came and helped me. It was so good in communication as well. I really recommend it!!!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.
