Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Birmingham

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It was so nice to have the gym so I didn’t have to lug my normal equipment around and had it been warmer I would have been in the pool. I’ll DEFINITELY be staying here again If it’s available next time in working in town. There is so much space and I felt right at home. The place is quite other than the fact you could hear the city life outside, but that’s city life.

Loved this place so much.. would love to rent again. Only complaint was the couch in the living room was SO uncomfortable… I ended up watching tv on the floor because it was so uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was perfect and Sandra was so helpful and nice. 10/10

This is our second stay and Lauren’s place is great. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to everything we need. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and wellprovisioned. Our one question on this trip was answered immediately. Highly recommend!

The place was VERY clean and spacious. It is as shown in photos. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. I do suggest taking the time to look through and go over the link they give you for check in. It's imperative that you READ and follow the detailed instructions that are sent. The building can be difficult to move through if you don't. We felt safe in the home, and it was quiet. No loud neighbors or noise. Communicating with the host was easy and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, easy in and out once we were in the first time (would have been better if we'd paid better attention to the very clear instructions!). Sandra was extremely responsive and very helpful when she did respond. Easy and relatively quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great that it included access to an EV charger, made it easier on us! Bed was extremely comfortable, best I've slept in months (I wish I had peeked at the brand, I'd consider buying one for our guest room!). Very satisfied and will stay again when we're in Birmingham. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Had a great stay! Host was very informative and fast to respond with answers to questions. I would bring a sound machine, to sleep! Being close to the hospital the helicopters and sirens echo downtown, but wasn’t a bother once asleep! We were in town for nursing school clinicals at COA. Walkable distance to UAB and other hospitals downtown! Would stay again!!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Jimmie was quickly responding and even quickly delivered some chargers and an extension cord for us! Very kind and thoughtful

Good location and affordable roomy house for the 8 of us that stayed there.

Great home especially for families with infants. Crib is provided, other baby equipment available upon request. Location was perfect for us, walkable to our daughter’s. Thank you Awanna and Dedric for hosting.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Parking was easy and the fenced in yard was perfect for our poodle! There was even a tennis ball for her. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to a nice park, but easy to get to restaurants and downtown. The home itself was clean and the kitchen was great for us to cook in and enjoy meals at the house.

We were in town for Samford University’s Step Sing and it was a great place for our family to stay. Great well stocked kitchen. We loved the coffee! Sonny was very responsive and helpful even though we got into town late the first evening and had questions. It was a great weekend!
