Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. In the stairwell, a ski and boot dryer is available for you and you can access the cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking trail in just a few meters. The sunny balcony also invites you to a lazy day. With a nice book from our library, you will quickly forget the stress of everyday life.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

The best time of the year is vacation time! Our unique, small but fine apartment is located right in the heart of Schladming. The apartment is located in the basement, yet offers a direct view of the Planai finish slope. During the winter months, it is a cozy, cuddly retreat – in summer, the low altitude ensures cool temperatures after a hot hiking day on the mountain.

The apartment was newly built 5 years ago. The house is located at 1050 meters above sea level with magnificent views of the roof stone and Schladming. The Appartement are allmost new.the view is great,its also close to the slops(300 m) busstop to schladming (10min)walk.
