Monthly Rentals in Bloomington

Lots of positive things about this place. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathtub was large. The decor was cute and the kitchen well outfitted. It suited our party of seven very comfortably. We loved the back porch seating area too! We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Couple of things that were hard for our group: we had 3 people with chronic pain and limited mobility and the stairs are rather steep, so that was a challenge. There is only one bathroom and seven of us, so that required some coordination. I thought the listing said 2 bathrooms but I was mistaken. There are some spices (the basics) but if you're doing a lot of cooking I suggest you bring your own. Also, there was literally nothing in the fridge so if you need things like condiments or butter, etc bring it with you. I honestly didn't think of those things so that's on me.

✨️444✨️ We went in winter and honestly the scenery was ethereal. It didn't even feel like earth most days. There wasn't much to do because most places were closed but we were happy with the the snow and lake watching. The home looks beautiful in person and was super clean. The master bedroom even has a partial lake view so that was a nice suprise. Host was responsive and friendly, and sent out a new can opener when it broke on us. Definately recommend 👌

Excellent place to stay. The host genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay, and make you feel at home.

We stayed a month at Benson’s place and from the minute we arrived, we were overwhelmed with beautiful views. The home in itself is so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for a big family to spend time together or not 🤭 … The kitchen was well stocked with so many items for home cooked meals. Mike’s Market was just up the road which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend Benson’s place to anyone looking to visit this beautiful town! Thank you so much Benson! We appreciate your kind response to an issue we caused.
