Enjoy the classic charm as well as modern conveniences steps from Downtown! In the evening unwind, BBQ on the gas grill and warm up with the backyard firepit underneath the gazebo. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer/dryer in your unit. Please note that this is a main floor apartment with a 1 bed unit above and a 1 bed below. Extra insulation and extra thick carpet padding has been added for sound mitigation in the sleeping areas. Outside area is shared with the two apt.

You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
