Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer/dryer in your unit. Please note that this is a main floor apartment with a 1 bed unit above and a 1 bed below. Extra insulation and extra thick carpet padding has been added for sound mitigation in the sleeping areas. Outside area is shared with the two apt.
