Luxury rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

Amazing home and pool! perfectly located on 30A, close to beach access and 15 min golf cart ride to either end of 30A but exceptionally private and serene. Overall a stunning home fit for family and friends to visit and responsive staff to tend to needs. only drawback was the pool guy and pest control showing up unannounced on two different occasions- that should have been communicated to us in advance.

Loved everything about this place! We had an internet issue on the first day and it was fixed by the 2nd day with great communication. The upstairs AC was a little warm but not too uncomfortable. The thermostat said it went to 67 however it never really went below 70. Being pregnant and running warm, I was the only one to have an issue here. The pool, outdoor living area was great for the 4 kids. Sleeping arrangements for 2 families was perfect and we didn't even use 1 bedroom. The golf cart was great to get us around however the property was located in the very back of Watercolor and the only way to the beach/main pool and 30A was around the entire neighborhood. Overall, great experience!

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay with Paradise30A!!! The location and views were impeccable, the hosts were in constant communication and very responsive with any requests or questions we had, and every recommendation they gave us was wonderful!! We had the best girls trip and were so relaxed based on all of the accommodations. Of anything, we only wish the trip had been longer!

This house is truly elite. My whole family wanted to stay for another week! We were so sad when we had to check out. Comfortable beds, amazing decor, incredible rooftop, awesome hot tub, spacious kitchen with everything you’d need for cooking meals, huge couches on every floor. We had such an enjoyable family vacation in this house and would LOVE to go back. Equipped with a golf cart, bikes, ping pong table, fire pit… what more could anyone want or need?! Hosts had excellent communication skills throughout the entire experience. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the fireplace on one night and someone physically came to the house to help us within 20 minutes. Thank you so much for hosting us! Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Very prompt & clear communication! Our golf cart had a repair issue that was resolved within a couple hours and this was on a holiday! The beach house is very beautiful, quiet and spacious! The Watersound beach is incredibly beautiful! We had a wonderful stay!

The house and location couldn't have been more perfect! We had a great week with the whole family including 3 little kids. This was our first trip to 30A and we all will be back but will be a bit spoiled by this place! The beach is a super easy walk and having the pool and an outdoor shower were key. The carriage house is an added bonus for those who want a bit more privacy (or don't want to wake up at 6:30am with the kids!) The house and the ammenties are beautiful, spacious, and well thought out for living at the beach. We chose to cook dinner each night (little kids, right?) and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with what we needed (bring storage bags and spices if you plan to cook). There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to bring down to the beach if you decide not to rent those that are already set up. Suggestion: bonfire on the beach! A big hit! We had a few minor issues, but Kalos communicated quickly to try and resolve them. Overall we had a really great week!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, and we will definitely rent it again. We had wanted to rent something directly on the beach, but this one is only a couple of blocks away from the beach - very walkable. With the lovely swimming pool and just the sheer beauty of the house itself it was a very enjoyable vacation.

The accommodations were perfect for our group. The house is beautiful with plenty of room to not be crowded. The beds are all EXTREMELY comfortable and the place is very clean. The house is in the perfect location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The golf cart and bikes also make the beach life experience perfect. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay at Casa Blanco again. Definitely recommend!
