Here you live in a total calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. Krongård

Krongård was formerly one of the country's royal inns. On this farm, the king and his company could rest, eat and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. However, this was a long time ago. Until 2022, the farm was a dairy farm. Then milk production was discontinued because we had reached retirement age. Our dream has been to have time to renovate this old house and now the renovation is complete with 2 apartments. We hope our guests will feel at home here but still feel like they're away.

The Stonecutter's Farm

Welcome to an inviting, relaxed holiday home of the highest class - but with a great respect for the history of the farm and preservation of the typical 19th century feeling. Here we really find peace. The views are expansive and the sunsets here are magical. In summer, we prefer to hang out by the pool, read in the shade, swim a few laps, bike to the sea and along the unique rocky coast. In winter, we cuddle in front of the stove, drink coffee, read books and cozy up in pajamas all day.

Cozy vacation home on Öland [Södvik]

You will stay in the grounds of the old station of Persnäs and despite the fact that there have been no trains for decades, it still breathes history. From the red house you have a view of the former station building, which has also been a bank and post office. It is now privately inhabited by us, Jaco, Etta, Roos and Nina. The old warehouse, where a secondhand store is now located, has been preserved most authentically, but here and there are still elements of the past to be found.

The cottage is located on a shared plot, which is 5000m2, so the patio you have in front of the cottage is free of transparency.Everything is in the cottage except sheets/bed linen and towels.There is only running cold water in the cottage - by the sink + sink in another space in the cottage. This bathroom is shared with others, about 4 people. There is an entrance directly to the bathroom,which is located in my house. 2 of the beds are spring beds and 2 consist of a bunk bed.

Scenic area with large garden and about 5 km to central Löttorp with extensive services in the form of post office, restaurants, medical center, swimming pool, library, ICA shop and many other shops. The facility is equipped with fast wifi throughout apartment and most of the yard.

The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.
