We were extremely pleased with Mr. Yakup's hosting. Although he was abroad, he never stopped my business and immediately responded to every question we asked. It was our first summer experience, we were extremely satisfied and even think we should come back next year. Having the house in the compound and taking advantage of the facilities of the site free of charge, it also became important to us at a time when this economy was difficult. Thank you again Mr. Yakup.

An incredible property, it’s very large as well. The sunset is amazing each night, the pool is perfectly clean and warm. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to the main part of town and all the restaurants which was a nice walk for us. Would love to come back here and stay again for sure. The aircon works very well and it has a lot of Bathrooms which is great for a group

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.

The location was very good, there was sufficient supplies for 4 people in the house.

what a great stay! Mr. Ali has always been very careful for us the place was a great fit for our comfort our kids enjoyed it very much, the pool was very nice. We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. We had a wonderful time at the villa in Türkbükü! The house is lovingly furnished and super equipped – there was nothing missing. The terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea over olive trees was our favorite place. At the beginning of April, the weather was initially rainy, but cozy thanks to the heating air conditioning. After that it got sunny and warm – we could even swim in the sea. The wifi was stable and fast. Özlem was warm, helpful and always easily accessible and gave us super tips for restaurants and excursions. Although the swimming pool on the nearby beach was not yet fully built, we were allowed to use it – and actually had the beautiful beach all to ourselves! The peace and nature were fantastic. The value for money is absolutely right. We would definitely come back!

Thanks to Ms. Bedriye, she was very kind and helpful, and the house is quite sufficient and full price performance. If I were to come back to the basement, I would like to stay in the same place again.

The house was exactly as described. Koksal could not have been a better host so accomodating and helpful nothing was a problem. Made suggestions and advised on what to do, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have used Airbnb throughout the world and Koksal and his house is one of the best experiences we have had both in the accommodation and hosting.

Even though it was October in this villa, we had unforgettable days from the summer with a warm weather. The villa greeted us with its magnificent view when we first entered. The furniture is stylish, modern and very tastefully furnished, it made us feel special from the first moment. It was a magnificent detail that all bedrooms had unobstructed views of the sea and had their own bathroom-WC in each room. We didn't have a fight in which room to stay in:) All the items you might need in the kitchen have been considered. We prepared both breakfast and dinner just by shopping for Sundays and Groceries. In fact, we intended to have breakfast in the villa and eat out in the evening. But we didn't want to miss that gorgeous sunset with a view of the kitchen. Cooking had never been such a pleasure. The barbecue corner of the villa was also very well thought out. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on a warm Mediterranean evening. It was also easy for us to have a washing machine and dryer. We have a good reason to choose the villa again.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Nice small place, very close to beach

We stayed at Sally’s house for a week. It became the best vacation we’ve had for the past few years. The house was clean. The pool was great. The view was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. We were able to the walk to the center every day and usually took a taxi for coming back home when we didnt want to climb the hill. It cost only 150 lira.

Some things were broken but he did fix it in a few days. Location is close to the beach and to the restaurants, but it is almost always very noisy at night. In general, all was good but next time we will go to Greece.

It was the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The boat attendant Doğan was super professional, polite, kind and helpful. Also the boat looks so much better than on the pictures. I fell in love with Bodrum and first of all cause of staying on this boat. I was staying in a hotel with a beach for the first couple of days, it was 10 times more expensive, but the boat experince was so much better.

Beautiful sea view home from the entire house, just like you're looking at a painting all day. You can hear the sea throughout the day, from your bedroom you will be cradled to sleep. The location of the house offers a lot of privacy and ensures a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. Cemil and Nilgun are sweet caring helpful tenants. Are ready via various channels ( physically, by phone) to make your stay as pleasant as possible in all kinds of ways. We felt so at home, it was a homecoming. Very unfortunate that we couldn't stay there longer. Private pier has a small cafeteria run by a friendly family, the sea comes in different colors Azure blue, it is clean and cared for. Bay is surrounded by Beautiful gardens and residential complexes. The place and location are truly great, very cozy, beautiful, and conveniently situated. I really enjoyed my stay. There was a water supply issue typical for the region (of which I didn’t know), which Brian timely fixed. All and all, I’d recommend this place.

The location and views were very nice. It's an advantage to have a taxi rank nearby. Especially for those who want to find everything in one place with food and drink and live music in the facility. Those who have an early bed habit may have trouble as the music and entertainment downstairs lasts until late.
